How can you help Israel right now? Share your story and help us set the record straight
Imagine waking up each morning and planning your day based on where the latest terror attack was.
Imagine thinking of your purchase of sweet potatoes at the grocery store or your umbrella as last-ditch self-defense implements.
For Cincinnati native Nina Schneider, and so many others living in Israel right know, this is what their reality looks like. Nina shared with us her eye-opening account of what her daily life is like in Israel right now, as the current wave of terror continues. On Sunday, her story was published in the Cincinnati Enquirer, and you can read it in full here.
As uncertain times continue for our friends and family in Israel, we have to show our support and resolve. And we have to help them share the truth about what’s going on. That’s why the JCRC is collecting first-hand accounts, like Nina’s, to share on our website and social media outlets. If you’re living in Israel right now, or you have friends or family who have been affected in any way by this wave of terrorism, we encourage you to share your story with us. Send your personal narrative to me, at sweiss@jfedcin.org, and together, we can tell the world what’s happening.
