Writing from Israel / David Mann on Early Childhood Education
I’m writing you from Israel, where I have been traveling with a group of Cincinnati’s civic, educational, and public health leaders, all of whom have been working to make Cincinnati on one the best cities for accessible, quality early childhood education. The trip was coordinated and funded by a restricted endowment of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati. We have had long days exchanging ideas and best practices with many different Israeli experts in this field. Cincinnati’s Vice Mayor, David Mann, wrote this guest column for the Cincinnati Business Courier about his experience and the lessons we’re learning here.
