JCRC condemns attack in Jerusalem

Together with the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, the Jewish Community Relations Council joins with the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) in outrage and condemnation of this violent and cowardly act. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims and our prayers are for the quick recovery of those injured. As we mourn the tragic loss of life, we reaffirm our commitment to Israel’s safety and security. I wanted to share JFNA’s statement with you:

“Jewish Federations of North America are incensed and grieving today after a terrorist repeatedly drove a truck into a group of young Israelis at a popular Jerusalem tourist spot, killing four and injuring at least 16 more. We call on the entire international community to condemn this cowardly attack. We send our most heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families and pray for the full and speedy recovery of those injured.”
