Independence Day = fireworks, no matter where you’re from! Here’s a great picture of fireworks over the Independence Square of Netanya on the evening of Yom HaAtzmaut (Israel’s Independence Day), which was back in May.

Netanya is hosting a national tournament for beach soccer, which is called football in Israel. Lucky for the player in orange, sand is softer than grass!
